Insurance Claim steps
At Kevin’s Coachworks, we understand that dealing with an insurance claim after an accident can be stressful and time-consuming.
That’s why we’re here to guide you through the process and ensure your vehicle is repaired quickly, professionally, and to the highest standard
Step 1
Make sure to report the
accident to the nearest police station where the accident occurred to obtain your accident report number.
Your insurer will request this when you log a claim.
Step 2
Upon logging your claim, notify your insurer that you would like to exercise your “Right to Repair” and that you would like Kevin's Coachworks to carry out the
job.
Step 3
Book your vehicle with us for us to assess the damage.
Once you have received the quote, you will need to submit to your insurer to be paid out.
We can assist with this as well.
Step 4
Upon approval of your claim, we’ll work with you to book your vehicle in for repair.
The rest is on us.
